“I When searching for a property to accommodate a group of teens attending a horse show in Franklin, this property fit the bill. It provided plenty of room, and beds, for everyone. Our entire barn family was able to stay together in one house. Having a washer and dryer helped tremendously when show clothes needed a wash. The property is quiet and I only wish we could have stayed longer and utilized the back porch area. Hopefully we’ll be back again. ”

“My family & I traveled for my daughter’s high school softball tournaments & decided to stay. GREAT DECISION! Spacious, great location, private, & set up perfectly to prepare meals at home. Communication with host was easy & she answered all my questions. I would use this home again & recommend it for friends. As for most rentals, it could stand some updating & deep cleaning, & the bottle drive was tough, but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from renting again. We enjoyed the pingpong……

“House was as advertised, great space, plenty of places for last second grocery trips and plenty of places near by to eat at! Only complaint is I wish I had more time to spend in the pool and game room.”

“The house is nice, the views are beautiful. My issue is my daughter-in -law found mold in the shower. I understand that water drips, but mold can be dangerous for some people. We cleaned it and went about our trip. Another thing I would mention is that we were glad we didn't bring our elderly mother as we had originally planned. She would never have made it up the stairs at the front or back of the house. Lastly, I missed that the bunk room was a loft. Perfect for kids, not so great for……

“Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding along with her side of the wedding party. Plenty of room for bridal shower. Convenient to stores in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the chickens next door from the back deck. ”
