“This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. “We are 2 ladies in our 50s. We love the Franklin area and wanted to spend a few days here while driving home from florida. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The unit was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. We were only minutes from down town, the pucking parlor and the Factory. 100% will stay again. Very nice rental. Easy check in and out. ”

“We loved our quick stay here. A 2 min drive to the Factory and easy to get to Main Street. The place was clean, well set up, and cute! The only downside was that you could hear every single movement from the renters upstairs, but I often find that to be the case in a hotel as well. Maybe a deterrent if you are a light sleeper but we didn’t mind. Would stay again! ”
