“This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting. “My family and I had a short stay in Franklin, but this house was amazing for the time we were there. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and other essentials and the owners were extremely easy to contact and were flexible with us. We will definitely be staying again next time we come to Franklin”
