“My friend and I stayed while we attended a conference. What a sweet little place to come home to! It was very clean, Matt was easy to work with and the porches with rocking chairs were the perfect places to unwind and/or start our day with a cup of coffee. We highly recommend!”

“I When searching for a property to accommodate a group of teens attending a horse show in Franklin, this property fit the bill. It provided plenty of room, and beds, for everyone. Our entire barn family was able to stay together in one house. Having a washer and dryer helped tremendously when show clothes needed a wash. The property is quiet and I only wish we could have stayed longer and utilized the back porch area. Hopefully we’ll be back again. ”

“House was as advertised, great space, plenty of places for last second grocery trips and plenty of places near by to eat at! Only complaint is I wish I had more time to spend in the pool and game room.”

There was a lot of bird poop on the outside furniture, tables, chairs, grill and windows that we had to clean. Also, their propane tanks were empty for the grill.. Seems like there was a few things left behind from former guest like bags of beans from cornhole game. All in all, it was a good experience.game that were letoys that”
