“This was a quiet area with great location. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and they even had a crock pot. The dining room table worked out great for family style cooking. The living room was very cozy and all the furniture was comfortable. The outdoor privacy fence was great although back yard is not well kept. “We were in TN for a soccer tournament. Our friends recommended staying in Franklin. The bungalow was nicely decorated, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the washer and dryer were much needed after the rainy and/or hot soccer games. The proximity to downtown Franklin was ideal. We did not walk but it was a short drive to downtown with easy parking. We enjoyed a day of shopping and lunch. The communication with the host, check in/out process were seamless. ”

“This Penthouse apt exceeded my expectations. The host,Joe, met us at apt and got us checked in. He told us a little history of the building, and was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is centrally located in downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, gas station, bakery and ice cream shop on the ground floor. We hope to make it back here again one day when we can stay longer, 100% enjoyed our stay!”
