“We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and even multiple coffee makers plus an electric kettle—which we really appreciated. While we didn’t travel with children, we noticed the thoughtful touches for families such as toys, a baby gate, crib, and pack-and-play. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate……

“Th house was very clean and we had every th ing we needed. The highchair and stroller were a lifesaver. The king bed NOT attached to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. The slats under the box spring were broke. I had sat down holding my baby and it made a loud noise. ”
