“We stayed here while traveling from Northeast Ohio to Orange Beach AL. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed including a nice kitchen. We managed to get a fire started in the firepit though the wood was wet. There was plenty of room to Sleep 10 people. A very nice break from traveling. I would stay there again when traveling through.”

“Great private and peaceful property. Beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar. The s’mores kit was a nice treat we wished we had more time for. Especially loved the comfortable beds, cornhole set and rocking chairs. A Walgreens and Target are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this stay to others. Thanks for a great stay! We look forward to staying here again. ”

“My family & I traveled for my daughter’s high school softball tournaments & decided to stay. GREAT DECISION! Spacious, great location, private, & set up perfectly to prepare meals at home. Communication with host was easy & she answered all my questions. I would use this home again & recommend it for friends. As for most rentals, it could stand some updating & deep cleaning, & the bottle drive was tough, but it wasn’t anything that would keep me from renting again. We enjoyed the pingpong……

“The house was perfect for myself and 3 girlfriends! We came to Franklin to enjoy shopping the cute shops and eating at the wonderful restaurants. It was easy to get to from the Nashville airport...about a 30 min drive. The house was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed rocking in the rocking chairs on the front porch! We felt safe in the neighborhood and took daily walks. “We came as a family to support my granddaughter in the cheerleading competition at Nashville. We chose to stay just outside the Nashville hustle and bustle and we we delighted with our choice. It was a very cool rainy weekend with limited outdoor opportunities. We loved the house and the creek and still got to enjoy the porch and watch it rain. The house was set up great for kids and the chalk play table was appreciated! Our host was very helpful and we already had every thing we needed……
