“This it was a great property to stay at. There was plenty of room and everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. There was a lot of bird poop on the outside furniture, tables, chairs, grill and windows that we had to clean. Also, their propane tanks were empty for the grill.. Seems like there was a few things left behind from former guest like bags of beans from cornhole game. All in all, it was a good experience.game that were letoys that”

“I When searching for a property to accommodate a group of teens attending a horse show in Franklin, this property fit the bill. It provided plenty of room, and beds, for everyone. Our entire barn family was able to stay together in one house. Having a washer and dryer helped tremendously when show clothes needed a wash. The property is quiet and I only wish we could have stayed longer and utilized the back porch area. Hopefully we’ll be back again. ”

“We loved our stay at this beautiful historic home. Great location, walking distance to several good places to eat, and an easy drive to Arrington Winery. The house was clean, comfortable, and decorated with respect for the house’s history. Both beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had room to cook the one meal we made there. Communication with Susan was easy and timely. We hope to be back!”

“Stayed here with my dog (fenced in back yard) for a couple nights while I checked out the area. GREAT location for doing that. Walked in Pinkerton park everyday with my dog. Very comfortable bed, hot shower (had drip issue but host handled it immediately). Very good communication. VERY close to downtown Franklin, parks and the Warehouse shopping area. ”
