"Exceeded expectations. Good, clean room, decent shower, nice people, good breakfast included, parking over the road free overnight, decent pint in the pub. "Good location. Was offered a free drink instead of housekeeping but then despite giving my voucher to the bar and saying I wanted to claim the drink, I was charged £7.50. The room was ok but the bathroom smelt like a urinal and was really unpleasant. Not the standard I’d expect for this chain."
