“I always stay at the Swiss Hotel when I stay in Freetown. I enjoy staying here and feel very happy with the service and facilities in general. However, on my last visit there seemed to be a shortage of toilet roll with my toilet roll only being replaced with one if the existing roll was nearly empty. I ran out a few times and had use the tissues and once ran out of everything and didn’t get a replacement until my third Tim of asking. “This is my fifth trip to Freetown, but my first staying here. It is far and away the best hotel I've stayed in. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. ”

“ My stay at the leads hotels was luxurious and comfortable. The manager went far and beyond to ensure that my stay was excellent. The food was 10 out of 10 and so was the interior of my room. Great finishes, very clean and well sanitized, well stocked at themini bar. The bath products provided were aromatic and added to my relax. I highly recommend this property when seeking a relaxing luxurious experience in Freetown. ”

“I was more than satisfied with the quality of service, the attention to detail provided by the staff and the variety of African cuisine offered on a daily basis. “Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat.
