“The room wasn't ready when we checked in, and we have to switch between rooms for many times. As the room we booked was ready we finally switched back. The rooftop swimming pool was small and didn't open during evening. An average level but great location.”

“We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed……

“Lovely hotel. Love the concept and the decor. Had problems with the first room but the Manager authorised an upgrade to a King Room as the same style room I paid for wasn’t available. Then had a miscommunication with a member of the restaurant staff but the Manager listened to me point of view and carried out Service Recovery. It would be hard to beat the Manager’s service from the heart delivery. ”

“They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc”
