“Wir waren 2024 über Weihnachten im Hotel und es war sehr schön, mal ohne den vorweihnachtlichen Stress Weihnachten zu verbringen und dazu noch gut zu Abend zu essen 😋. Außerdem hatten wir Schnee und tolle Skigebiete um uns herum. An Weihnachten gab es sogar ein Geschenk 🎁 vom Hotel und selbstgebackene Plätzchen. Die waren echt lecker 😋. Eins habe ich zu Weihnachten aber doch vermisst: das obligatorische Familienfoto vor dem Tannenbaum 😉. Könnte man vom Hotel vielleicht als Aktion zum……

“Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2ème page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était……

“1- hotel was not clean and full of bugs and spiders. It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! Photo attached. 5- i supposed to have connecting rooms with 2 king beds. I ended up in 2 rooms one with king and the second with 2 bunk beds. Also the door between the connecting room was squeaky. My son ended up sleeping in the floor in the same room with us. 6-……
