“Location is very good, the bar is excellent, room upgrade was very thoughtful and a couple of people on the reception desk were notably helpful (especially Mikheil who went above and beyond for us arranging restaurant bookings and resolving a double payment issue which no one else had been able to sort / understand). “We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……

“I chose this hotel due to its relative closeness to the airport, since I only had an overnight layover. It suited my needs perfectly. The room was good-sized and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool in the back. The staff was very friendly and helpful -- specifically the front desk staff, but also the kitchen staff was great! I chose to pay for the breakfast, and was very satisfied with the wide selection of local foods that were offered... everything was fresh and tasty. There……

“3 gün ailem ile konakladım. Otelin konumu çok iyi, çalışanları oldukça yardımcı, odalar ve otelin geneli gayet temiz. Yataklar çok rahat. Tek kötü tarafı kahvaltısı hiç çeşit yok, elbette aç kalmıyorsunuz bir şekilde karnınız doyuyor ama çok kısıtlı bir açık büfe pek lezzetli olduğu da söylenenmez. Ama kahvaltı salonunun manzarası çok iyi 👍👍”

“一次不错的住宿体验，此酒店就位于旧货市场斜对面，很好找····酒店的服务人员也很nice,看到我们的行李很多，主动帮我们提行李到客房。。而且还是个超级大帅哥。。房间不大，但是很干净，床对面就是阳台，他家阳台是连通的··走出去就可以看见旧货市场和库拉河。一楼大厅旁边有个蒂凡尼bar,晚上还有酒会，进去坐坐听听异国歌曲。。挺有情调的···”
