The people were friendly and the check in efficient for me though fellow travelers had some issues with the hotel not able to find their reservation also made through hotels.com. “We are a family with 2 teenaged kids and we stayed here for 3 nights during the winter break. It was a delight. Everyone was very helpful and made our visit so much better. We got help ordering taxis and got great recommendations. Breakfast was amazing, a buffé of Georgian goodies such as puff pastry kachapuri, yoghurt, honey, fruit, vegetables, eggs, sausages, cheese etc. The room was big and clean, the beds comfy and the whole hotel is very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here……

“Upon arriving, they could not find our reservation. Turns out they did not know where to look so that was odd and took some time. The Jacuzi is to be avoided if not fixed.”
