“We live in Batumi, but make frequent visits to Tbilisi. ZP Palace works very well for us. Great location in Chugureti (safe, quiet, convenient), modern facility well-maintained, nice breakfast, and outstanding housekeeping every day. Owned and managed by a local family. Because I require a breathing-machine treatment just before our long return train trip, they kindly allow me a late check-out. Nice folks with good skills.”

“Otelin konumu toplu taşıma açısından iyi, metro durağına 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar çok küçük değil fakat özellikle son 2 gün belirgin bir küf kokusu vardı, odayı sürekli havalandırdık. Hotels.com silver üyesi ve vip accessi olan bir üye olarak seyahatimde bir şişe şarap hediye edilmesi gerekiyordu, hotels.com tekrar mail atmasına rağmen bu sağlanmadı. Restoran personeli de maalesef hiç gülümsemiyordu, gerçi Tiflis'te hizmet alınan birçok yerde durum böyleydi. Son önerim de havalimanından……

“日本人が泊まるホテルとして、おすすめできます。 もちろんマイナス点もあるものの、プラス点の方が多いです。 プラス点 ・建物、部屋が綺麗 (古めですが) ・部屋に冷蔵庫がある (ミニバーが多く、自分のものを入れにくいのはマイナス) ・WhatsAppでいつでもフロントに連絡でき、返答も5分以内と早い。 ・頼んだら毎日1Lも水をくれる ・観光に関する相談にのってもらえる ・近くのお店の開店具合も確認してくれる (wifiだけをもってきている観光客の場合、電話ができないケースがあると思います。代わりに電話してくれました) ・朝ごはんの居心地が良い マイナス点 ・シャワーブースが少し小さい ・歯ブラシはついていない (プラン次第かも) ・防音はゆるめ (窓の外の話し声が夜も普通にきこえる。窓を開けても閉めても変わらないくらい。眠りに支障をきたすほどではない。) ”

“Overall, we had a good experience, but there were a couple of minuses. We arrived around 4 pm, but the room was not yet fully ready, they still needed to change the linen. After 5 hours on the road with 3 kids, this was a bit disappointing. The kids loved the room, though, the loft area was great. We had to leave at 7 am the next morning, which was before breakfast time. The receptionist who checked us in said that she would try to have a boxed breakfast for us to take, which we would have……
