“Its a scam! Place looks nothing like the one advertised. They gave me a room with a broken bed, busted door lock, AC not working, unsanitary bathroom - urin running underneath the toillette, busted bathroom door, broken shower door, broken shower floor. I told them this is not what I paid for and they didn't care. Once I complained to expedia they told Expedia they will reimburse me part of my stay only if I do not post pictures of the actual place. It was unacceptible!! They never reimbursed me……

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the water temperature was consistent and hot. When a toilet issue arose, it was promptly repaired. “City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”
