“Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center. “They took my reservation, charged my credit card and never gave me the check-in instructions. This property does not have front desk. Unlike all other properties with similar arrangements in my experience, where they contact you with the check-in information, this one requires that YOU contact them.
