“We loved everything about Emaho Sekawa. I have never been at a resort where I remember almost every staff member’s names and they mine because it is such an intimate experience (thank you Mary, Rusi, Sala, Kele, Vika, Genevieve, Chantel, Tom, Illi and Tete!). Given absentee owners the entire resort is run by local villagers so you get to experience their preferred activities. Everything was peaceful, authentic, romantic, relaxing. “Lovely hosts and a wonderful view. The host and her family are simply lovely folks and we felt so welcome. This is a small, family run property and they could not have been nicer. So glad we made this choice. It was terribly humid but the room was a reprieve from the steamy walk to town. Wi-Fi was fine. I never tried the TV because being here was a nice respite from the US.”

“It was simple, clean. The staff is fantastic. Only thing id change is that id update the cigarette burned toilet seat and small table. Owners are lovely, (i totally put my foot in my mouth when i said koro is my fave! Yikes) The food was delicious and peggy couldnt have nbeen a better person. I came here to be with my dying father,, and the compassion and empathy that i was shown was so wonderful. ”

“This was my second time staying at Galaxy Hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was modern and up to date, which made it comfortable. The only issue we had was with the bathroom door, but it was promptly fixed. Overall, a pleasant experience once again. ”

“Very friendly staff, it’s not luxury but average linen and towels were very dirty not washed properly specially when they use the White towels . Bathroom needs a good cleanup and toilet as well. Need a proper forced shower specially when Water force was very low. Needs some improvements. Overall, I will give 2 .5 star thank you”
