“The hotel room is comparatively small in size, without a formal wardrobe. The shower room is without door, so we had to be very careful during showering, otherwise water would splash outside the shower room, even though there is trench drainage installed. Also, the wash basin is very small, unavoidably leading to the splashing of water on the floor. The above plus the slippery bathroom tiles made me slip on the floor. Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. “很差。住了4晚，未有清潔房間。最後一晚，在晚上7時清潔，但當時我們還在房內，所以，並婉拒他們！！質疑他們真心，還是例行的一問。我未曾住過一間住宿是在晚上七點做清潔！！！當入住時，有 conditioner 但冇 shampoo。有洗衣機，但冇洗衣粉。我入住此間 apartment的目的，是為了洗衣，但竟然沒有洗衣粉！！！床並沒有暖氈，如果一些怕冷的客人，忠告不要住！”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen……
