“Horrible!!!!! We were checked in to a DIRTY room at around 5:45pm, definitely not an early check in. The bed was untidy, the rubbish bin was fulled and used towels on the floor!! By knowing how much it costs for the studio per night, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. We had to head back to the reception and wait for another room arrangement.
