“The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. “spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. “除了check out experience 很差之外，其餘都很好。大部分的員工都很友善，酒店的位置亦很方便，小廚房設備齊全，cleaning staff好helpful 亦有效率，不過只因為check out 時前台的一名女職員態度很惡劣，就破壞了這8日的住宿體驗！事源我入住時已經要求late checkout, 職員亦友善地表示最多只可以留到11:30am, 但check out 當日前台女職員表示有加拿大客人要求早些check in, 所以要求我和女兒11am check out, 當我們表示check in時職員已經答應我們可以late check out, 該女職員竟然很不耐煩地問”who promised you that?” 我心諗，職員冇帶name badge, reception counter亦冇展示當值職員名，乜原來我係要問職員名而唔係酒店有internal record 既咩？！雖然經過一番理論後我哋都係11:30am先check out，但當check out時我要放低行李一會，該職員刻意不招待我，我等了10分鐘問佢佢先講”you can leave your……
