“Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.”

“部屋も施設全体も清潔に保たれており、ホテルのスタッフも礼儀正しく時間にもきちんとしている上、フレンドリーである。夜間着だったので心配だったが国際空港からホテルの送迎も手配通りきちんとされていた。お湯に出るまでに非常に時間がかかること、Wi-Fiが不安定なこと、付近に食事ができるところがないこと、が改善点として挙げられるが、満足度は非常に高く、また宿泊したいた思えるホテルである。”

“The property was very comfortable and Everjoy went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. They offer a shuttle around town for $5.00 USD each way into town or to the Falls. There are aeveral dinning options nearby and the included made to order breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful but Everjoy stole the show with her hospitality and friendliness! Would stay here again. ”
