“Had a lovely 3 night stay here in February and would return if we found ourselves in Vic Falls again. Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the property was clean and tidy. The pool was a nice area to relax, whilst the room was great. The king size bed was huge and comfortable, whilst the aircon worked well and the room was nice and quiet. There was a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, all within the room, in addition to an iron. Rooms were decorated in a modern manner, whilst the……

“I used to stay at Troutbeck back in the 60s as a child and this was a nostalgic trip for me. For the most part everything seemed to have been beautifully maintained with the top rooms having had an upgrade - all seemed brand new and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful and even gave us a free upgrade. I love that they honour Major “Mac”, who I remember well, as he developed the dam, pine forests, and the hotel, and gave support and upliftment to the local……

“The staff were fantastic and the whole environment was the best I have stayed in for some time. The setting was beautiful and quiet with a great view no matter where you are. I also took advantage of the spa, which was SO VERY relaxing. Definitely on my list to return to in the future. ”

“It was a nice stay. Although, the shower pressure was not really giving it for me. Otherwise, great stay. Also, I was on my own and had breakfast for two. I was requesting if i can also have pancakes on top of my other order - the server wasn’t to keen to fulfill this reasonable request.”

“It is great place with nice decoration. It is only 3.4km from town center. The partition wall is little bit thin, so it will be noisy in case your neighbourhood noise.”
