“My name is Tinotenda I had a reservation from the 13th of April to the 19th this was the best time of my life everything was just amazing and esthetic I felt like a new person when I was staying at Hyatt Regency thank you so much guys and I can’t complain everything was perfect and everything was nice and polite . This is the best Hotel in town if you are looking for the words Fancy and esthetic ”

“酒店周围嘈杂，电梯3部坏两部，高原地区天天爬楼梯，装修打电钻让人无法休息，22点之前无法入睡！服务人员英语差，微信有许多限制，不能传送图片。”

“Amazing. We were upgraded to a honey moon suite, they decorated our room and given goodies jumper. I am Very grateful of the extra mile they took to make our day spacial. Hospitality is on top notch. Very professional.”
