“- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation - they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin (which we asked) instead of their convenience of time - email responses weren’t particularly helpful so we had to repeat or chase for a few times - upon checkin, they informed that the breakfast……

“We are Zimbabweans born and bred now living abroad and are used to the bush. We liked the unique setting at the pan. The sign on the main road reads ' For an unforgettable experience'. Unfortunately for us it was for all the wrong reasons. Burst water pipe in the middle of the night flooding upstairs and downstairs.After shoddy repair it was worse than before.The fan was not working, often no electricity, kettle with a square plug not fitting the round socket in the wall. The whole site badly……
