“- the entrance atmosphere felt a bit cold as the half of the common area including the lobby was under renovation - they called us multiple times late evening and early morning to confirm safari details e.g. time or dietary requirements for the lunchbox.. all of this could have been done upon checkin (which we asked) instead of their convenience of time - email responses weren’t particularly helpful so we had to repeat or chase for a few times - upon checkin, they informed that the breakfast……

“Another outstanding visit to Ivory Lodge. The courtesy and responsiveness of the staff is without equal. Great game drives. The watering hole just outside the rooms brought an abundance of wildlife. Bathrooms in the rooms could use a bit of updating and wifi in the rooms would be nice. But really very little to complain or worry. This was my 4th visit over the last 25yrs and will definitely come again. ”
