“I love the staff at this hotel! They are amazing! The hotel is always quiet and clean, and that’s why we stay here. It’s not fancy by any means but we know we will get a good sleep there every time. No convention centre or weddings so you don’t have to worry about the blasting music till midnight. Love it!”

“property was good not great. it is hard to keep the area around the hotel clean in winter but a lot of garbage in the parking lot. rooms are getting a bit run down. my room was very damp and smelly”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“Always cleaning. Mopping the elevator, lobby floor, places that most hotels let slide. Very friendly staff. I couldn’t get the air exchange/heat fan to settle to the right temperature (probably just me - it was really cold outside when I was there ) otherwise 5 stars all around. ”

“Hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are needing a bit of repair, as there is some wear and tear. Other than that the stay was great. ”
