“Came in & no one in the hotel on Sunday. Left as no one got help Called hotels.com for help. I ended up moving out CEO & they charged for 3 days claiming did not check out- but no one there to check out. Hotels.com gave us points for to help cover 3 day charge. ”

“Ganske fint ophold. På trods af sommerferie var vi de eneste gæster. Derfor var det “kun” en lille morgenmads buffet. Vi skulle blot overnatte i forbindelse med besøg på Autostadt. Der var ikke så meget velkomst information fra receptionen. Vi er ikke så krævende så klarede os selv. ”

“Walking distance from train station. Small hotel, small room but staffs are nice. No elevator so quite tough to move heavy luggages. Breakfast is acceptable. ”

“Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know. ”
