“假如你打算到東京市內遊玩，這裡真的很不方便每天都要用上兩個多小時的交通時間，付近的食店多是晏開早關，想食早餐都有點困難，只有便利店和一間24小時超市，走時要往機場的時候極不方便，這裡除了平之外另一可取的地方是個洗手間設備完勝中價位的酒店，有洗衣機及有抽濕功能的浴室寶，早上洗衫晚上回酒店便乾了，還有一個真正的雪櫃，放雪糕都沒有問題，整體來說這裡除了交通不便外基本上沒有其他問題。”

“本次入住的208室，雙層床擺放位置不良、床板高度與樓層高度不合，上鋪睡者容易撞頭；上鋪護欄空隙太大，墜落風險高！欲訂本旅館者，建議避開有雙層床的房間”

“The beds were uncomfortable, although this is normal for westerners in Japanese beds. Bring a pillow or get a western-style if this is a dealbreaker. The refrigerator power outlet went out early in the stay, but we used another outlet. The location is fantastic, very close to Hasunuma Station, the entrance is 15-20 feet from a 7-11 and there are plenty of restaurants and such around. Kamata Station is a short walk away, loaded with everything you need, and largely devoid of the loud, tourist-y……

“きれいに清掃されており、とても快適に滞在することができました。調理器具もあるので朝ご飯は自分たちで作って食べてました。近くにスーパーや、テイクアウト可能なファストフード店が数多くあるのでとても便利です。洗濯機もあるので最低限の服だけ持って行き、洗濯させてもらってました^^ また東京旅行へ行く際はここを利用しようと思います！本当にありがとうございました。”

“Layover stay on my way to a business conference. This was a very convenient place to stay, in a lively (but not touristy) neighborhood. "Check-in" was completely hands-free, with all arrangements made in advance - when arriving on-site, you just use codes received previously via email. Building is a modernist concrete structure; room is "cozy" sized but had everything needed including a nice tub. Decent size for a budget-friendly Tokyo stay, but first time Western visitors may be expecting……

“Great location if you’re staying near Haneda airport. About a 10 minute walk to Kojiya Station. From there it’s about 30 minutes to Tokyo tower. The owners provided great instructions to find the apartment and recommendations for food that were within walking distance. Overall a great experience and worth the money. The listing says that it can sleep 8. Two of the double’s were in one room. I recommend for groups 5-7. If you have a bad back and hip like I do be mindful of the couch……

“We enjoyed our time in Tokyo. Our daughter is a great tour guide. This apartment was very convenient to use for traveling since it is so close to the Musashi-Nitta station, the Haneda airport, and our daughter's dorm. The apartment was small but very adequate for our stay. We are grateful to have been able to visit our daughter in Tokyo. ”

“The location is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walk in distance. The train station is also within 5 minutes walk in distance. It doesn’t feel like you’re living in Tokyo where the hustle and bustle of the city. I will definitely rent the Inn again while I’m visiting tokyo in the future.”
