“Great Hotel! Keep in mind that there's a part of the hotel that is on the back. It's not connected to the lobby and you need to go around the building. That's where our rooms were located. For my group, it was great because we didn't have to go up the small uneven wooden stairs. Don't get me wrong, the wooden stairs are amazing, but not elderly friendly. Since we got the rooms on the back, it worked out perfect for my group. Also, Memo contacted me with Nacho, our tourist guide. Amazing service.……

“This was a great place to spend a couple of nights while waiting for the El Chepe connecting train to Creel. The staff were great and picked us up from the train station without pre arrangement. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable.
