“L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). “The property (especially the 4th floor where we stayed is literally brand new - fully refurbished) every thing is nice and clean. The inly hiccup is the door lock jammed on last night of our stay and they offered us alternate room to us.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable, mais plusieurs éléments nous ont déçus. Lors de la réservation, la description de la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons eue : nous avions réservé une chambre double standard, mais les équipements mentionnés semblaient appartenir à un appartement, ce qui a créé une confusion.
