“The facility of the hotel is perfect, and the food served at the hotel restaurant is not bad either. It would have been even better had the staff members had better commend of English, though it would be asking a bit much since they already speak Arab, French and Spanish.”

“Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. L’appart est très salle. C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilité à des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc. ”

Lors de la réservation, la description de la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons eue : nous avions réservé une chambre double standard, mais les équipements mentionnés semblaient appartenir à un appartement, ce qui a créé une confusion.
