“The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. ”

“Great place. Centrally located. The staff was wonderful. We got there very early and they went ahead and put us into a room. Front desk staff was very accommodating and very helpful in our trip. I have stayed in Iquitos twice this year. If I go back, I will definitely go to this hotel.”

La atención del desayuno muy buena también. Lo recomiendo y volvería a ir. Solo deberían ser más rigurosos con el uso de mascarillas. Tanto el personal como algunos huéspedes no la usaban, correctamente, en áreas comunes interiores. ”
