“All of the staff was excellent and the food and drinks at the restaurant were soooo soooo good. No a/c but that's not uncommon at many European hotels. They were very generous with towels, etc. and, again, the staff was great. ”

There is a 24-hr reception so night flight and late check-in are totally fine, the staffs are also nice and offer us free printing. The overall experience is much better than expected! :)”
