“The distances from the city center are inaccurate ”

“The hotel and room was great in terms of cleanness and location. The one thing that took me by surprise is that the room had a window but it was not accessible to the guests. it is a sealed window which made the room extremely stuffy and warm. Two fans were provided but no portable air conditioner provided for guests to use.”

“Very good location, close to many sites. Felt safe. Staff was helpful and checked us in early. We kept our luggage in a locked room until the room was ready and we explored the surroundings. I would not recommend leaving your bags unattended though. A flight attendant left her bag unattended outside for 1 minute and it was gone but that was not the fault of the hotel. The room was great, clean, shower was amazing and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was also really good. We would definitely come……

“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. ”

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Loved the location at this hotel. Walking distance to everything. We had 2 all day tours booked on 2 days and the tours met at different locations. We were able to easily walk to both of them from the Wellington. So many bars and restaurants! It’s like Nashville in the US. It’s above a bar -so night life lasts a long time. We had to keep our window open because the air conditioner wasn’t working. Staff said someone was coming in a few days to fix it. They gave us a fan - but we would……
