“We enjoyed an exceptional experience staying at Number 31 in Dublin on the eve of new years eve! Amazing vibe and ambiance and our room was divine!! We received an incredible upgrade to a huge luxurious room. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating and we even received a glass of Prosecco upon check in! It was an outstanding experience staying at Number 31 and we will not hesitate to return upon our next trip to Dublin. ”

“The staff at the Hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed at the hotel. The breakfast is free for guests and you have a wide selection of choices and they are delicious. Parking is also close and very convenient as well, just a short walk to the hotel, less than 3 minutes. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. ”

“We just completed a wonderful three night stay. Our room was clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious. Blackberry Lodge is within walking distance of some great pubs and a close drive to the Cliffs of Moher. Pearce and staff were very hospitable. Highly recommend!”

“Great location. Didn't expect breakfast included so that was a nice bonus. Didn't get the issue others reported with noise. Didn't have an issue - you're opposite a pub so you hear noise but nothing excessive. Very pleased with the stay. ”

“Beautiful B&B up on a hill overlooking Waterford. The hosts Susan and Des were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Delicious breakfast included as well as help defrosting the car windows. Highly recommend this establishment.”

“Jake and his family are just amazing -incredibly helpful and friendly. We were in a difficult situation when we arrived as our daughter's accomodation in a different part of the city ( for 3 months) turned out to be a nightmare. Thanks to Jack and his family's support everything is fine now and our daughter is safe and sound in a lovely flat. We can't express how thankful we are!!!! Thank you so much!! “Loved it here. Everyone was delightful. Could not recommend the Sky Garden Walk and experience more- it should be mandatory! Paul was the perfect guide on this walk. He understands how nature is in line with life and explains the artist’s intentions with Sky Garden’s breathtaking view.”
