“Maurice is a great guy. Very thorough, made us feel very welcome. The house is as described, old farmhouse with loads of charm. The hot tub is a nice touch. The location was good, close to Dublin but outside the city.The showers were amazing and loads of toilet paper (4 ladies on the trip). If you like dogs, the springer spaniels are a treat!! A couple of things we weren’t happy with include: mismatched utensils, some dirty cups, dusty spaces (and spiders) and uncomfortable mattresses.But all in……

“We‘ve stayed here for some days to explore Cork region. It was a little tiny for 4 persons but okay though as we haven‘t been home most of the time. Check-in and out was comfortable and easy. We do not have pets, but had the feeling to find a lot of hair though. Didn‘t have to contact anyone for help as everything worked well. ”

“Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase.……
