Beds are comfortable with nice linens, all the expected furnishing in the kitchen, loved the wood burning stove (used it nightly). Woke up in the morning to a beautiful white horse outside the kitchen window. Host is very nice and was wonderful to work with.”

“The cottage is a converted farm building with an eclectic collection of furniture which proved quirky but comfortable and our host was very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. The steps up to the mezzanine bedroom are quite steep and narrow so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues but our adult son had no problems ”

“Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might……
