“The staff really make this place, especially Jean who very was friendly and helpful towards my elderly father. The hotel room was a little dated but very clean, the bar area was pleasant to sit in the evening. Breakfast was in the dining room, there is no natural light which made it feel cave like! It's a buffet breakfast, good enough choice of cereals, fruit etc but the hot food choices were over cooked and cold. This hotel is great if you are visiting a Kilkenny for a short break, it's near……

“Check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall the hotel is in great condition and modern. The bathroom could do with a little upgrade in comparison - and very annoyingly the toilet roll holder is extremely close to the toilet meaning you have to sit sideways to avoid having your leg against it. The breakfast was a little disappointing and a strange set up. It was very expensive for a 'buffet' experience. You could get your own cereal and toast etc but the hot food was behind a railing……
