“The hotel pre check in made it really easy for guest after a long travel, I appreciated it”

“Very nice hotel. Nice big room which clean and fresh. The bathroom was a bit dated though, very white and clinical, it felt like a hospital bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, on of the best selections I've seen in a hotel, very good quality too. Very convenient being so close to the airport. ”

“I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. ”

“Beautiful new hotel, reasonably clean and tidy. The price justifys itself in relation to all. It is a long way from the city center. We used it as a base for work. The job we were on in construction was quite a dusty dirty one and we were looking forward to a decent shower. For such a new hotel we expected it to have good water pressure but it was extremly dissapointing. It may be the pressure is turned down to conserve water but if the water pressure is going to be that poor the rating should……
