“The hotel is set in fabulous grounds, nestling in the foothills of Sugar Loaf mountain. We had a superior deluxe room overlooking the immaculate gardens with views across Wicklow. Stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was superb with excellent facilities and, most importantly, clean and tidy. I can recommend the Sika restaurant for fine dining in elegant surroundings. Definitely five star experience.”

“A friend and I stayed here and it was an excellent location for exploring Dublin on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They organized a ride to the airport for us and were available with an umbrella on a rainy day. We had a nice dinner at the bar. The drinks were great! And the beds were comfortable and the room surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Definitely recommend this hotel for location and service!”

“Hotel is set in stunning grounds … but you need to venture beyond the hotel to find them. Golf Clubhouse setting is stunning, lots of great forest paths for walking or running. Hotel itself is ok, very worn in places, bedrooms currently being refurbished. It’s a real flaff to use pool .. having to book in advance. Room toiletries poor … tho Voya toiletries in spa. Staff are very attentive and helpful .. . reception, concierge and waiting staff. Felt more like 4* property than 5* … but the……
