“We checked in slightly early the front staff greeted us very friendly and very accommodating, we had an issue with the lock at our door and the manager Patrick came by, and after realizing the issue was bigger than anticipated, he immediately changed our room to a suite, very apologetic, the area around the hotel was busy but the hotel is quiet. Fantastic hotel, definitely we will be back to this hotel next year”

“We had unparalleled service at Ashling, staying there on and off for six days as we also visited other countries. All of the staff were wonderful, but particularly Ricardo and Nacho. If we could bottle their kindness and enthusiasm to help, we would be so lucky. They had us staying in the Family Room which was spacious, incredibly comfortable beds and clean. The water bars on the 1st and 5th floors wee key. We loved our home away from home, Ashling in Dublin.”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 3 notti (dal 1 al 3 novembre). Per un mio errore credevamo di aver prenotato anche la quarta notte. Quindi consapevoli di ciò nn abbiamo effettuato il check-out il giorno e l’orario previsto, o meglio abbiamo effettuato il check-out 4 ore dopo. Tutto ciò sottolineo fatto in buonafede . L’albergo per questa nostra svista ha pensato bene di trattenere 50€ di caparra versata al check-in senza aver in nessun modo cercato di contattarci ne telefonicamente ne via……

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“Det var et hyggeligt hotel der lå virkelig centralt. Vi kunne gå til alt. Der var ikke problemer med larm fra pubberne, hvilket vi havde troet. God restaurant, med høflig og venlig service. ”
