“I cycle tour and appreciate the hotel staff allow my bicycle to park at the hotel lobby”

“The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family……

“It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. ”

“Hôtel pratique au environnement calme proche plage.personnel très serviable. Isolation phonique catastrophique. On a été levé tôt par les portes et les conversations. Idéal pour une étape. Piscines petites. Pas de restauration a côté en voiture a 2/3km. ”

“Staff were excellent. Only a couple of the lights were not working and the room smelt of cigarette even thought it was non-smoking room. ”

“The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room.”

“We had a great time at Lumut Cube. The communication was smooth and the place was very clean & comfortable. The location is conveniently located to access nearby eateries with our own transport. I would definitely come again!”

“The room is spacious and clean, good for big family, also able to cook in the kitchen. The big problem is the waiting for lift to going up and down take long time, only 1 lift available and very poor maintenance. Swimming pool poor maintenance and parking lot dark for other side.”
