Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. Which was adequate and enough to eat. Great selection. The general manager was very nice and came around to the tables. ……

“Cuando queríamos entrar en nuestra habitación, la 21, ya estaba ocupada. Los que estaban dentro decían que el hotel les había enviado dos correos, uno indicándoles la habitación 21y otro indicándoles la 31. Como estaban abiertas, se han quedado con la que mas les ha gustado, la nuestra. Tuvimos que coger la 31. La habitación era cuca pero al estar debajo del tejado el que dormía en el lado del techo bajo no podía salir de la cama sin darse con el techo. La limpieza estaba bien. Había una……
