“Huge resort, full with german/ dutch -speaking groups. By the beach 35km from town. I found myself here Even though the Hotels.com app gave me location and even address closer to town. “This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only were the rooms filthy, but they also scammed us by overcharging for laundry services. The pathways around the hotel were uneven and dangerous, and the stairs were incredibly slippery. We even witnessed a staff member slip and injure himself! This place is a safety hazard and a complete rip-off. Save your money and stay far away from this hotel.”

“Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Leider ist hier, wie in vielen Hotels, nicht alles All inklusive obwohl so beworben. Aber es hält sich in Grenzen und dafür ist der Grundpreis recht günstig. ”
