Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. Le seul petit bémol : les robes de chambre (et sac serviettes spa) sont récupérées la veille du départ ce qui empeche une dernière soirée cocooning ”

“We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Val Gardena. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The double rooms with a sharef bathroom was perfect for saving some money, but still having our own space. Breakfast was really good on the days we could have it (it starts at 7am which is kind of late for us so sometimes we had already left for the day). They also have cake and snacks every afternoon/evening. We were……

Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly with our toddler. The evening food was exquisite, four course meal each night (half board, with separate food made for our toddler, thanks!) and breakfast buffet had a good choice for all. The hotel is very clean, with gorgeous surroundings, swings and play area for our toddler, and nice spa facilities for the family. We highly recommend!
