Al check in siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.Avevo prenotato due camere standard con finestra e ci è stato offerto un upgrade con una stanza con terrazzo. Tutto allo stesso prezzo concordato inizialmente. Le camere molto pulite. Il bagno perfetto con una doccia molto ampia provvista bagno doccia e shampoo con dispenser. Trovate anche il phon. “Perfectly thought out hotel and amazing people with a special shout out to Morgane who was particularly wonderful and helpful. We checked out in the morning our final day, stored our luggage in the luggage room and still skied a full day. The luggage room is equipped with showers so we were able to clean up and change for dinner before our transport picked us up late in the evening. “Excellent location. Ski shop rental is on level-1 and the hotel is next to the slopes. Room was comfortable and staff was very accommodating. Try the raclette restaurant downstairs but reserve in advance. ”

“Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. ”

“It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. ”

“What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. “Lovely hotel and deluxe room was spacious. We went for half board but it only offers two sittings which we didn’t know when booking. We couldn’t get the early sitting on three nights so had option of either eating at 8.45pm which is too late after a long day’s skiing or having to pay to eat out which is what we went for when we couldn’t wait. Such a shame as otherwise the hotel would be great. Bed and breakfast would therefore be much better. Staff were very helpful but if you need to buy ski……
