“Muy agradable y segura ”

“The hotel was very good and the staff was wonderful as they were knowledgeable, understanding, and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was also good. The only negatives were that the TV never worked, the Internet was very poor at best, and the rooms were simply too small. The worst part was the toilet area which was so small one felt claustrophobic.”

“We had a really nice stay at the Winebox hotel in Valparaiso. Rooms were comfortable and quirky being made from old shipping containers. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Breakfasts were really good in the mornings with some traditional eggs and cakes. Only slight downside was the location as it could be a bit noisy in the evenings and it is up a steep hill so would recommend a means of transport to get back to the hotel. Area around the hotel didn't seem……

“This is a nice hotel in a good location which is important in this area because most of the Galleries, restaurants and things to do are within a few blocks and that area is fairly safe but outside that area it's sketchy and a little dangerous. Many good restaurants in the area but you can see this whole safe neighborhood in one or two days. The staff is helpful but there is no elevator so if you have bad knees or back you're going to need to get the staff to bring your suitcases up some pretty……

“We stayed here two nights. We are Americans used to boring, run-of-the-mill hotels with no character and neutral staff who don’t like the guests. This was a lovely break from our norm. Everyone was super friendly, desirous to make our stay happy and give recommendations. The ceilings were super high in our room overlooking the bay, with a chandelier and lovely paint color. It felt like being in an early 1900’s great house. They have a gardener who comes to create gorgeous flowers and trees over……
