“I wrote this email to the property manager, Dear Vias Manager, I regret that I wasn’t able to meet you in person before we left Vung Tau, but I wanted to take a moment to express our family’s deepest gratitude for the truly exceptional service we received during our stay at Vias. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the door staff, and the front desk team welcomed us so kindly with drinks as they checked us in. “It’s not as beautiful as the photos. Everything is good and acceptable, except for the front desk service, the front desk service staffs need to improve their skill. High wifi speed. Should swin in the swimming pool rather than the beach.”

“It is a small hotel with a small pool (which became too crowded during peak hours with kids) and is within walking distance to the beach. It has a restaurant that caters three meals a day and is quite good. Meal selections are mostly Vietnamese. We booked one night to get away from the noisy and crowded Vũng tàu beaches and will consider returning. ”

“Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

“宿泊客の収容規模の割にレストランが狭いため、朝食の時間が（日曜日の7:30～8:30）劇込みで座る席を確保すのが大変でした（日曜日朝の利用のため他の曜日は大丈夫なのかなと思いますが）。 新新しいホテルですので部屋の設備や施設はとても綺麗で良かったので、次回は木曜日～土曜日で2泊してみようと考えています。 レセプションの受付が女性がチェックインもチェックアウトもとてもスムーズで親切でした。 チェックイン時間は15:00となっていましたが、12:00に到着したにも関わらずそのままチェックインさせてもらえました。 その上アップグレードもしていただき、対応の良さに感謝しました。”
