“Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.”

“The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time……

“1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”

“Un bel endroit à Senggigi ! Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux et agréable. La chambre était propre, le wifi fonctionnait très bien et le lit comfortable. Le cadre en nature est très sympa et la piscine top ! A very good place to stay in Senggigi. People of the hotel are very nice and carefull. The room was clean, no problem with the wifi, the bed was comfortable. The pool is very nice and the location in nature is great !”

“有電視,冷氣,沒有冰箱,沒有盥洗用品,少少的約8-10間小茅草屋,打開門就是泳池,滿小的,幾乎都沒人游泳,歐美遊客都在曬太陽,員工很友善,都會盡量幫助我們例如叫計程車以及叫外賣晚餐。唯一的缺點是附近貌似有教堂，會一直一直誦經，有時覺得滿吵的。”

“This hotel is in a beautiful setting with waves crashing in on the beach while you relax in the infinity pool overlooking the beach, very relaxing. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly and ready to engage. Breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. Dinner selection was also good. We visited off season and the hotel was quiet but We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it without hesitation”

“The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.”

The beach location is perfect for a stroll while the spa resort offers relaxing mountain views. The accommodation is immaculate and perfectly serviced.
