“Lovely little rustic property with a private pool which was just a delight on a hot day. All clean and tidy and serviced every day if you wanted. The team were exceptional - super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, be it advice on where to go, or how much things should cost for a transfer. Would recommend.”

“Las villan estan bien y bonitas. Pero hay 3 factores que no dejan que fuera excelente. 1 - Mezquita al lado que te despierta de noche con la megafonia del rezo a las 4.30 y 6 a.m. 2 - la cama no tiene mosquitera 3 - el baño tiene moho, incluso en la tapa del vater. La gente super amanble y las villas estan guay.”

“Très bel établissement, le personnel est juste incroyable. Ils font tout ce qu’ils peuvent pour vous faire passer le meilleur séjour possible. Rina et Putra sont simplement géniaux. Profitez à fond de votre temps sur place. Petit bémol extérieur à l’établissement : ne travaillez pas avec « agent Anto » pour réserver excursion ou billets de fast boat, il n’est pas fiable. ”

“Friendly staff and quiet beach location. The beach does have a lot of broken corals and shells, so hard to walk along it and going into the water.”

“Nice private villas in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from the north and west side of the island with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Staff here very friendly and helpulful. Earplugs a requirment (provided at the villa) for the very early morning call to prayer from the Mosque. I am sure this will aplly to any accomodation on the island. All in all the villas and island were a great place to stay and would have gladly done more time here. ”

“The staff are amazing. We got a little good poisoning and they took very good care of us. Highly recommend. The only content I'll make is that the walls in the units are quite thin, so if you are on your honeymoon, may not be the best place.”

“I really like this place. Big thanks to great staff, amazing breakfast, very close to beach and village. Very nice bungalow. One of best place what i visited in Gili Air. For sure i will come back when ill be again in the island. Thank you for experience!”

“Great location: the best snorkeling point, near restaurants and everything. But the beach is dirty with leaves and garbage, it 's not comfortable to swim in to. We stayed five nights. It's fresh water shower in weekdays but turn into salt water at weeken. So choose Waterfront if you care about the salt water shower. Nice hotel and nice friendly workers”

“This hostel was really nice, from the reception to the room to the breakfast , all very nice. I stayed for 5 nights , the first couple nights I stayed in the deluxe room and the last 3 in a standard double. I had planned on hotel hopping around the island but Gili Buana was so relaxed I was happy to stay put. As A solo traveler I felt very welcome. Aisje the manager was an amazing hostess, she invited me for sunset and dinner a couple nights which was lovely. I highly recommend this hostel. ”
